Melvin McCormicks Fictious Name with Dept. of State, No Taxes, No Licence

Well here we are again with facts. Here is a copy of the Fictitious Name Detailed filed by Mr. Melvin McCormick. Looks like there have been no filing of any document images as shown on the bottom of this page. This is to show that taxes and other important papers have been filed by the state. Looks like someone forgot.




Also we discovered The State of Florida Business License for Barbers which have strict rules to apply to, since it is a service to people, Mr. McCormick does not show up with a license nor does his business. Now maybe he placed this Bottoms Best Barbers under another name but to date the State of Florida shows no License to practice as a barber.



It seems that there is a vision problem with the people who make false statements against Mr. Bateman and others running against them. Lets see who, oh yes, The Mayor, Lobos and Nazi. Its called we don’t see eye to eye. We show facts and people can look for them. We give the information. We don’t hide

Melvin McCormick and his wife seem to have arrest records. No one speaks about those. Isn’t it strange how one sided the Mayor and her puppets, Lobos, Nazi and Tim are? They sling dirt at anyone who does not agree with them.  What a shame.  This is who you want on the City Counsel?

Look at Budget Hearing in archives. The second budget and view the video. It shows how Mayor tries to cover up raise for City Manager. Only one person stood up and informed the people of this raise. That was Judy Waldman. The counsel except for Ms. Waldman told the truth when no one else would answer the publics question on raises. It looks like the Mayor was hoping not to answer that question.




Then Ms. Waldman told the public the answer they were waiting for. Wow, explosion from City Manager thrown at Ms. Waldman. Mayor did not act very authoritative in any many to protect her counsel member. A person in that high position of Mayor would insist that the City Manager sit down at that point. Also, she should have advised him not talk to her counsel in this manner. Then, maybe even state, next time any outburst like this happens, you Mr. City Manager will resign immediately. Instead, the Mayor informed the City Manager not to answer the question. Trying to hide the real facts? Hoping that no one on counsel would remember the question being asked about any raises? Well, someone did. Told the truth and no one on counsel like that it happened.



Hey, when people are hurting for jobs and money, you give a raise to someone who already makes over $150,000.00 a year. Don’t you think that was enough? In these times, any raise should have gone to first responders. Ms. Lobos and the Mayor tried to cover this up by saying, the last City Manager had a 5% raise in his contract. Listen up Lobos; no one cares about the old contract. It is what is going on NOW people are interested in.



Wendy Lobos commented that the City Manager is a good man and does good work for her excuse of giving a raise Excuse me.....did you not just tell everyone to tighten their belts. But again you know about tightening up the boot straps being from a 3rd world country Ms. Lobos don’t you?
