Angel Garotte – Caveat Emptor

Mr. Garotte is not a “businessman” if he works for CompUSA — he is an employee of CompUSA. From what I understand, Mr. Garotte’s last job was a menial one at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Again, he was not a businessman — he was an employee. Also, Mr. Garotte is not an “activist.” He was not seen at City Hall for many months until the start of election season. He is a political opportunist and now a member of the Mayor’s election slate. I suggest that Mr. Garotte’s “business” background and his so-called business skills be critically examined before votes are cast. In Homestead, many people are talking about Mr. Garotte’s business failures, bankruptcy, and foreclosure. This is one Homestead candidate that needs to be placed under the spotlight as he may not what be what he says he is. Caveat emptor.
