Two kinds of IPs, Static and Dynamic.
ReplyDeleteDynamic Changes ever time you connect to the Internet. Static stays the same. Most people have dynamic IP address.
But either way, Both IPs will go back to the ISP as the owner.
So when they collect your IP address and they do a WHOis lookup it's just going to go back to the Owner. So If I were to post this message from my job, It would go back to the ISP my job uses, if I were to post it from my house it would go back to Bellsouth. If I post using a Proxy server it would go back to the owner of the ISP that the proxy server is located on.
Here they go again, and since Mr. Garrot boost about his computer savey, this must be him. See this blog does tell the truth.

In an older post, someone made comment about ip and is using this scare tactic on a canidate and others so they dont read our blog, but to go to thier smear ones. This is how the Mayor works with her team.

Since McCormick is an independent, the Party can not support him.
