Congrats to the new Council! As a former employee of the City from many years back, I would like to say that it is my hopes that this new regime will repair the City and bring back the days when it was a fun place to work. When people truly cared about the City and had pride in it. To all those that supported Shehadeh and was puppeteered by him, I can only say that we tried to warn you and there you sit, with egg on your face. So to Johanna Faddis, Marcie Heese, Vivian Manach, Lilian Delgado, and Robert Landen, a smile is on my face as I can see the future - and you are not in it anymore. But I am not all evil; in fact, I will even be so kind as to give you a website you might find useful...www.floridajobs.org/unemployment. One last note, Mr. Shehadeh, when you sit there in your Directors meeting this morning, know that everyone sitting across from you his secretely laughing their asses off because now the citizens of Homestead all know what the Directors have known for years - you are camel dung!
ReplyDeleteI am elated to say the least. The City is finally free from the nastiness and snotty remarks and looks that the ex-mayor made at every council meeting. I voted to put her in office years ago and did it because she confessed to be a christian woman and I knew the city needed someone with morals and Christ centered values but as the years went by my family and I watched her as she showed her true colors. Her words did not align with her actions and were definately not characteristics of a christian woman who serves GOD.. It appears that she was just another SUnday Christian, who goes to church for the people to see, but deep down they know they are not walking right and living the life. She may have fooled us ONCE, but you cant fool GOD, he sees all things and I am sure that is why she did not get re-elected. Hopefully she will draw near to GOD at this time and repent for the things she did and the way she acted and for the many people who she may have discouraged from wanting to be a christian after watching her.
ReplyDeleteI dont really know Mayor Steve Bateman. but what I saw from her definately told me that Id rather take a chance and get some change then stick with her again and be dissapointed. WE shall see. I pray for wisdom and for GODS guidance for the new council members. GOD bless you all and thank you for bringing certain things to light.

ReplyDeleteAngel you could never have the power that I have in Oasis for that seat. People listen to me and who I backed. I have always told the truth. the house of cards came tumbling down by a landslide. this site predicted it and it happened. my iformation and campaigning all by myself to inform people by walking door to door and by talking to all i talked too in oasis and around town, stores, military base, etc. helped also bring you down mayor dont think i can debate? well i did a good job all by myself and people know that I tell the truth........it showed in the polls....who has egg on thier face now?
good thing i found out fast and got out. I have Integrity and Morals and do not hide behind a bible to show it.. unemployment lines starts to your left, next....

If your trying to suggest that Karma played a role in me getting the flu your wrong.I got it from the little girl I babysit. See Karma got you out of office. God knows how you lied and now, the people voted for change and got it. Blame yourself for being nasty. Back Stabber? You are the back stabber for only wanting to bring down Ms. Waldman and spreading lies. It was personal. You did not show your professionalism at all for doing what you did. And your radio show in spanish, my nieghboors heard it. It was Wendy Lobos pretending it was you. So, who lies? Who got the Karma, it showed last night. People had it with you and you calling names, also trying to send viruses to my computer through your friend monica. You did it to yourself. Grow up. It is a new beginning.
ReplyDeleteAlthough it is loads of fun, we have beaten the dead horse, or should I say horses ass, long enough. The honeymoon with the new Council will be over soon enough and we need to have a clear head to keep them on the straight and narrow. Just as Obamarama's luster has dulled, so shall that of our new Council. Lets all work together and look forward, not back. That sad chaper in our history is thankfully over.
